Returns

Eligibility

  • SEA PEA must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • SEA PEA must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Process

  • Initiate Return: Contact us at bythe.seapea@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your SEA PEA back to us.

  • Ship SEA PEA: Pack your item securely and ship the SEA PEA to the address provided in the return instructions.

  • Refund: Once we receive the SEA PEA, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned SEA PEA.

Exchanges

  • SEA PEA must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

  • SEA PEA must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchanges.

Process

  • Initiate Exchange: Contact us at bythe.seapea@gmail.com with your order number, the SEA PEA you wish to exchange, and the new SEA PEA you require.

  • Exchange Authorisation: We will provide you with an exchange authorisation and instructions on how to send your SEA PEA back to us.

  • Ship Item: Pack your SEA PEA securely and ship the SEA PEA to the address provided in the exchange instructions.

  • New Item Shipment: Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we will ship the new SEA PEA to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item is on its way.

Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original SEA PEA.

  • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged SEA PEA to you.
